1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Bookyourtripz India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "Customer", or "Client"). By accessing or using our Website or services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

3. Eligibility and User Registration

  • Account security is your responsibility.

4. Booking, Confirmation, and Communication

4.1 Booking Process

6. Pricing and Payment

6.3 Payment Methods and Security

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex)
  • Net Banking (NEFT/RTGS)
  • Official UPI/channels only

Unauthorized payments (cash, personal UPI, agent accounts) will not be recognized.


7. Tax and Foreign Exchange

No refunds for unused services, Force Majeure events, or visa rejections.

8.2 By Company

  • We may cancel/amend tours due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.
  • Alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered based on actual recovery from suppliers.

8.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7-45 working days after deduction of charges.

9. Travel Documentation and Visa

Visa service charges are non-refundable. The company is not responsible for denial, delay, or lost documentation.


10. Hotel Accommodation, Standards, and Special Requests

12. User Conduct

  • Fraudulent, speculative, or commercial bookings
  • Uploading unlawful, abusive, or harmful content

Violation may lead to termination of service or account.


13. Intellectual Property

14. Limitation of Liability

  • The company is a facilitator, not the actual service provider for flights, hotels, or third-party products.
